I am a doctoral candidate at The London School of Economics and Political Science, supported and funded by a studentship with the NIHR School for Social Care Research. Trained in ethnography and medical sociology at Barnard College (BA) and University of Cambridge (MPhil), my current research uses psychosocial theory and patient narrative analysis to examine the use of the trauma concept amongst service users with serious mental illness.
